Acceptance of Terms
By accessing eraios.ai or using any ERAIOS products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Services
ERAIOS provides an Enterprise AI Operating System platform including:
- AI Employee deployment and management
- Agent Studio (AI agent development environment)
- Enterprise Knowledge Brain (centralized intelligence layer)
- Process Intelligence Layer (operations analytics)
- Related implementation and support services
Enterprise Agreements
Commercial use of the ERAIOS platform is governed by a separate Enterprise Subscription Agreement signed between ERAIOS and the customer organization. To initiate an enterprise agreement, contact: hello@eraios.ai
Intellectual Property
- All ERAIOS platform software, AI models, documentation, and trademarks are the exclusive property of ERAIOS.
- Client data processed through the platform remains the sole property of the client organization at all times.
- ERAIOS does not use client data to train shared or general AI models without explicit written consent.
Data Processing
ERAIOS processes client data solely to provide contracted services as described in the applicable Enterprise Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Agreement. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or infrastructure.
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ERAIOS total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the total fees paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Enterprise customers may negotiate governing jurisdiction as part of their Enterprise Subscription Agreement.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
